Further, Tenant is responsible to obtain Tenant’s own insurance to cover the Tenant’s personal property and liability as Owner shall only carry insurance on the dwelling.

4)Pest Control. The owner shall be responsible for eradicating any pest infestation reported by Tenant
within the first thirty (30) days of possession. Tenant’s failure to identify any pest infestation within
thirty (30) days shall constitute Tenant’s agreement that the Premises has no infestation of any kind.
Tenant is responsible for reporting any suspected or known termite infestation but is not responsible
for termite control. Any future infestation of any kind, fewer termites, shall be the responsibility of Tenant.

1. Tenant agrees to keep their pets under control at all times, and abide by the County or City codes pertaining to animals.

2 Tenant agrees to dispose of all pet feces properly and promptly, even if it is not from his/her pet.

3. The Tenant shall not allow the pet to cause any damage to the Premises, nor allow the pet to cause any discomfort, annoyance, or nuisance to any neighboring properties (i.e. excessive barking, growling etc). Tenant will immediately remedy any complaints made through the Owner/Owner’s Broker.

4. Owner/Owner’s Broker reserves the right to revoke permission to keep the pet should the Tenant break this agreement.

5. Tenant agrees to arrange for pet care when maintenance or other employees need to enter the Premises.

6. Injuries. Tenants shall be strictly liable for the entire amount of any injury to any person or property caused by the pet and shall indemnify Owner/Owner’s Broker for all costs resulting from it.
