Troy and Lanelle Butterfield are the Owners of Real Property Management Enterprises. Their greatest accomplishment is their 4 boys. They got into the property management business because of having rental properties of their own and also managing a complex when they were first married. They realized the need for a great management company and strive to be the leader in the Oklahoma City area. They take “homes” very seriously and know that the quote “No other success can compensate for failure in the home…” is so true, even if it is a rental.
Bobbi Gail Furst
Regional Director of Business Operations
Bobbi Gail Furst is the Office & Business Development Manager at Real Property Management Enterprises, Oklahoma City. She is responsible for the oversight of the Leasing, Maintenance, & Operations Departments, communication with both Owners, Residents, and Vendors, as well as ensuring compliance with all laws pertaining to residential property management.
Bobbi was born and raised in a suburb outside Dallas, TX. She studied Business Administration at the University of Texas at Arlington but caught the travel “bug” before finishing and became a Flight Attendant traveling the world. Bobbi spent 17 years in Cleveland, Ohio before moving to OKC. Her husband Ryan is a Chief in the Navy, based at Tinker AFB. She has 4 children spanning the years from 23 to 1 year old. Bobbi is on her way to finishing her Project Management Professional certification. She has been a license Real Estate Agent for over 3 years, working for Keller Williams Elite in OKC, before joining the RPME family.
Bobbi possesses a collaborative approach in leadership with an ability to cultivate a team-oriented setting, while imparting knowledge to others on how to increase effectivity and productivity. Whether you are new to investment properties or you have dozens of homes for rent, you can’t go wrong trusting Bobbi; with dynamic communication, inspiring interpersonal skills, and a “can do” attitude, she is sure to be your greatest single asset to success.
Office Assistant Manager & Maintenance Coordinator
Tiffany grew up in Waco, Texas and in 2012, after graduating from McLennan Community College with an Associates of Arts degree, she and her husband made the move north, to OKC. Over the last 4 years, Tiffany has done an excellent job of quickly picking up skills of the trade and mastering her craft. She is considerate, methodical and responsive with everyone with whom she comes into contact. From owners to tenants alike, excellent customer service is the cornerstone of Tiffany’s career. She shines when dealing with even the most difficult situation. When a member of our RPME family is in need, you can bet Tiffany is the first one to volunteer to do whatever it takes to get the job done and done well!
Tiffany’s outstanding customer service skills and commitment to excellence has allowed her to grow within Real Property Management Enterprises culminating in her promotion to Assistant Manager, in November 2015. Eager for greater responsibility, she is excited to take on the role and is more than capable to achieve success, beyond expectations. Once part of the RPME family, you too will see that Tiffany will be on point with all your needs great or small, even if it’s just a listening ear.
Off time, Tiffany is an accomplished bargain hunter at her favorite stores, Dillard’s and Target. However, her passion truly lies curled up on the couch, watching Lifetime movies with her husband Micah, young son Owen and their 2 dogs, Alex and Maverick.
Client Success Manager
Denisha Jones serves as the Client Success Manager for Real Property Management Enterprises.
In this role, she represents the firm’s “Voice of the Customer” and documents business-value driven customer success stories and best practices. She works closely with the Operations Director and Leasing team to develop and execute campaigns for the acquisition and retention of owners and residents, alike. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships is Denisha’s goal.
Prior to joining Real Property Management Enterprises, Denisha spent time as a Leasing Assistant where she fell in love with Property Management. She won 2016’s Nova Award for Assistant Manager of the Year for properties >300 units for all of Oklahoma City.
Born in Oklahoma City, Denisha visited Denver every summer which she still loves to visit. While growing up her mother’s strong influence of kindness for those in need, instilled in Denisha to always be ready to lend a helping hand and have her ear to the people around her. Losing her mother at 14 years old, “gave me the sense of humbleness and strength I wasn’t aware existed and taught me to use what I went through to help anyone who may be struggling.”
Denisha is a foodie, avid reader and enjoys hiking, soaking in nature along with finding new adventures with her friends.
Leasing Assistant ~ Pink Team
Born in San Jose, California, Patricia Keely’s passion for helping people began at an early age. Watching her mother’s fervor for helping others achieve their financial and personal goals sparked a fire in Patricia to do the same. She followed in her mother’s footsteps and spent five years in personal finance, before deciding it was time to find her own way to help people.
Patricia is enjoying her time working at RPME, working as an Assistant Property Manager, she can interact with owners and tenants helping them find and lease their homes. Her attitude is “high integrity, no matter what.” Patricia is also studying to be a health and wellness coach/personal trainer so one day, she can aid others to reach their personal goals.
In Patricia’s spare time, she enjoys watching Netflix and spending time with her family and friends creating precious memories!
Lead Leasing & Real Estate Agent ~ Orange Team
Oklahoma is in the heart and soul of Amanda Stephens because this is where she was born/raised and never left. Amanda studied business marketing at the University of Phoenix. However, Real Estate became a passion for Amanda (14) fourteen years ago. So enthusiastic by the experience, it focused her to get her Real Estate License. While in sales, Amanda was awarded several certificates for outstanding sales of the month and year! Three years running, she worked for the top 3 Real Estate teams in the South Region. This high-energy, positive person loves to help people and thrilled to be with RPME. Amanda Stephens uses her Oklahoma heart in all her work and RPME is lucky to have such a vivacious, sympathetic, jovial person to round out an incredible team.
Amanda loves to learn and laugh. She enjoys doing both with her two children, aged 14 & 16 respectively. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, cooking, watching football & movies and spending time with family.
Office Assistant to the Regional Director of Business Operations
Shana’ Johnson is Office Assistant to the Regional Director of Business Operations and RPME’s vivacious receptionist. Shana’ warmly welcomes all of RPME’s clients with a big smile and warm greetings. She is in charge and crucial to RPME’s key log system, routing clients to their respective Property Managers, as well as a plethora of other vital duties. With Shana’ you can always expect cheerful, methodical work with an earnest willingness to please.
Shana’ was born and raised in Paul’s Valley, Oklahoma. Continuously having the best attitude in life, Shana’ was asked to be an Ambassador with People to People where she spread her exuberance of life, in Australia, for 21 days. Before joining RPME, Shana’ honed her love of helping people by working as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), for 8 years.
Shana’s immediate goals are to finish her CADD certificate and get her Real Estate License. Her lifelong dream to start a Non-Profit organization geared toward women empowerment will bolster and embolden Shana’s beautiful, 11-year-old daughter. To whom she wishes to leave the most knowledge, love and financial freedom conceivable. After knowing Shana’ for even just the smallest amount of time, you will believe all of this possible, plus to whatever else she sets her mind.
Samuel J Furst
Runner/Office Staff Assistant
Sam Furst comes to Real Property Management Enterprises with a background in sales, which enticed Sam’s desire to explore further options and get into Real Estate. As a Runner/Office Staff Assistant, RPME takes advantage of Sam’s high energy and zest for learning the trade. Property Inspections, taking marketing videos and pictures all the way to making keys and serving notices are just a few of Sam’s duties; the Runner/Office Staff Assistant is the foot soldier for the company. Sam plans beginning taking classes to get his real estate license soon.
Sam was born in Austin, Tx but moved with his family to Cleveland, Ohio until making his way back, to Texas, to finish school. He spends his time out of work, with friends and family.
Maintenance Coordinator Assistant & Receptionist
Kelly Nation was born and grew up in the city of Pauls Valley, OK. Even from a young age, Kelly innately understood she wanted to help others. In early adulthood, this led her to pursue a career in nursing. In 2015, never one to shun new adventures, Kelly set her sights on San Diego, California. While there, she continued her altruistic qualities by volunteering for Scripps Mercy Children’s Hospital. California didn’t keep Kelly long because she was back to Oklahoma in late, 2016.
Since Kelly’s return, she’s set new goals for her Real Estate License. She believes with a license it offers her so many varying ventures to pursue. Since joining Real Property Management Enterprises, Kelly has become an integral part of the Maintenance Coordination Team. Kelly helps with the assignment and billing of our Maintenance Department. She is on the “front line” when clients call or come into our office and RPME is better for having her there. Kelly listens with understanding and compassion to all of RPME’s client’s needs and concerns. She believes after receiving her real estate license and helping people find their dream homes that, “I can only go up from there.”
Kelly loves to travel, her favorite place thus far being New Orleans, and enjoys horseback riding. Most weekends, you’ll find her spending time with friends and family going to the lake, BBQing, out to dinner, all the while enjoying the great conversation. Last but not least, she adores snuggling with her sweet fur baby, Destiny.
Cayden Tasse is a Office Assistant/Runner at Real Property Management Enterprises where he has become an integral part of the team. Having worked for RPME since November 2015, he was the 1st employee of 2016 to win Employee of the Month 2 x in a row.
A Dell course-educated minor computer support technician passing the COMPTIA A+ course en 2015, Cayden has now set his sights to his Real Estate License, for which he hopes to attain shortly. Cayden astounds clients with beautiful marketing photographs and has become a Certified Internet Videographer, as well as, a fully trained make-ready/move-in inspector.
Born in North Bay, Ontario, Canada; Cayden’s family moved to Texas when he was young. The family moved to Oklahoma in 2004, where they sprouted roots. Cayden is a 2nd degree Black Belt Taekwondo and will be testing for 3rd degree in November 2016.
Born in Kansas City, Kansas, David Yarnell grew up all over the United States but spent years 10-16 in Zambia, Africa. He was honorably discharged after serving 10 years in the US Army where he served as an infantryman. Performing 2 tours in Iraq, Dave also lived in Germany and Kuwait.
After the Army, Dave acquired three Associates Degrees, in Chemistry, General Studies and Public Speaking. He also spent time in bible college where he was studying to become a missionary in Iraq. He is currently studying Business Management with an emphasis in Ethics while he works part time as one of RPME’s esteemed maintenance personnel.
Being a 90% disabled veteran himself, Dave understands the importance of giving back to Oklahoma’s veterans by volunteering with “Honoring American’s Warriors.” Dave enjoys hunting, fishing and preaching when not working or volunteering. He has 4 beautiful children, 3 boys and a girl, that he is absolutely extremely proud.

Nicholas P. Scurra II is one of RPME’s valued Maintenance Technicians. Nick has been doing construction work for 12 years and helping his family with little projects around their houses for as long as he can remember. Doing maintenance and construction projects through the years has yielded results toward his greatest passion, helping others. Whether it is as little as changing a light bulb, or big project, such as an entire kitchen remodel, Nick’s gets so much out of helping people take care of their homes.
Nicholas has been coaching for 10 years and is the Head football coach for John Marshall Middle School in Oklahoma City. Known to most in the Mid/High school community, as Coach Nick, he prides himself on being a positive role model and leader in the lives of people. He enjoys helping guide kids on and off the field, friends and family in the “right” direction every chance he is able.
Nick has been married for 17 years and has a wonderful wife that helps him raise their 3 sons, and 4 daughters. If your ever come across the Scurra family, you would absolutely encounter the embodiment of warmth, friendship and love.
Guided by relentless focus, Nick Scurra is a prime example of hard work, excellence and dedication to any project which he chooses to complete. RPME is extremely happy to have him as part of our team and we believe you will feel the same, if you’re ever lucky enough to encounter Nick.
Robert is literally our “right hand man and good at what he does! He wants to do the best job in the most efficient manner possible to ensure a happy tenant and owner. Not an easy combination to come by but he does the job very successfully. He has been seen in attics, behind washing machines, and other claustrophobic areas to make sure he has the job completed and completed well. It’s hard to find a guy like Robert and we are happy to have him on board at Real Property Management.
Brandon has spent the last 24 years learning everything there is to know about the construction industry – from new construction to remodel. Based in Del City, Oklahoma, Brandon is currently applying this knowledge in his role as Lead Maintenance for Willow Park Apartments where he is responsible for work orders, make readies and overall resident satisfaction.
When Brandon isn’t busy with Willow Park running work orders, you can find him spending time with his girlfriend and Brutus his dog.
