Meet the RPM Enterprises Team
Meet the RPM Enterprises Owners
Troy and Lanelle Butterfield are the Owners of Real Property Management Enterprises. Their greatest accomplishment is their 4 boys. They got into the property management business because of having rental properties of their own and also managing a complex when they were first married. They realized the need for a great management company and strive to be the leader in the Oklahoma City area. They take “homes” very seriously and know that the quote “No other success can compensate for failure in the home…” is so true, even if it is a rental.

Colleen decided that she’d like to “try her hand” with Property Management. March 2021 brought her to RPME. Colleen believes “the people here are the definition of a team and always strive to work together on whatever the challenges might be.”
Colleen has a few small hobbies that keep her busy when she’s not spending time with her children or friends. Her dog keeps her company along with parakeets and goldfish. Colleen’s family has a strong music influence so she learned to play the accordion and absolutely loves getting together with her musician friends. Colleen only wishes she was better at reading sheet music.
She’s not sure what the future holds exactly but Colleen is looking forward to growing with RPME.
