Starting off as a receptionist, she is now proud to hold the position of Regional Manager. Throughout her journey, she has embraced every opportunity for growth and development.
She pushes herself to take on new challenges, always seeking to expand her knowledge and skills. She is passionate about nurturing a collaborative and high-performing team. Guiding and supporting her colleagues to achieve their best is both fulfilling and motivating. Together, they work towards achieving our goals, constantly striving for excellence.

Colleen is a receptionist and administrative assistant at Real Property Management Enterprises with many years of diverse experience helping people.
Specializing in customer care, Colleen utilizes that experience while helping owners and tenants with day to day questions and concerns. She believes in constantly improving and applying skills, which help provide the satisfaction of a job well done. She especially loves the great group of hard working people at Real Property Management Enterprises!

Rosa Watson
Maintenance Coordinator
Rosa Watson is a licensed real estate agent and an experienced property management professional who has been with Real Property Management Enterprises for over six years, serving in a variety of roles throughout the company. Her diverse experience has given her a strong understanding of property management operations and client service.
As the Maintenance Coordinator, Rosa oversees maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and repair processes to help ensure homes are well maintained and residents and owners receive timely support.
Known for her attention to detail and commitment to service, she is dedicated to creating a positive experience for both property owners and residents.
Outside of work, Rosa enjoys spending time outdoors, including kayaking, camping, fishing, and making memories with her family and friends.

Matt Kovacs is a Property Coordinator who has quickly become a valuable part of our team. Although he has only been with us a short time, he has already exceeded expectations in his role through his hard work, reliability, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
Outside of work, Matt is a proud cat owner and enjoys spending time with his furry companion.
Brandon Northey
Lead Maintenance Technician
Brandon brings over 30 years of construction and maintenance experience to the team and has been a valued part of Real Property Management Enterprises for nearly 10 years. He takes great pride in his work and is especially skilled in tile and roofing.
Outside of work, Brandon is an animal lover and avid animal rescuer whose world revolves around his dogs, Brutus and Otis. He also enjoys gardening, tending to his flowers, and spending time in nature.
Matthew Watson
Maintenance Technician
Matthew Watson has over 15 years of maintenance experience and is a carpenter by trade.
He has been a valued member of the Real Property Management Enterprises team for the past three years, bringing skill, experience, and dedication to his work.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys fishing, spending time with his dog, and reading about history.

Maria serves as the Property Manager for the Purple Team, where she is dedicated to building strong relationships with property owners and providing responsive, personalized service.
She takes pride in keeping owners informed, addressing concerns promptly, and helping ensure they feel confident in the care and management of their investments.
Rolando Rivera
Leasing Agent – Purple Team
Rolando serves as the Leasing Agent for the Purple Team at Real Property Management Enterprises and has been with the company since September 2025.
He is dedicated to providing responsive and helpful leasing support, assisting prospective and current tenants with exploring available homes, navigating the application process, and answering questions along the way.
Rolando takes pride in making the leasing experience as clear and straightforward as possible.
Sarai Rivera
Blue Team Property Manager
Sarai serves as the Property Manager for the Blue Team at Real Property Management Enterprises.
With nearly seven years of experience at Real Property Management Enterprises, she has grown through several roles within the company before stepping into the Property Manager position in 2026. Sarai values clear communication, organization, and building strong relationships with property owners.
She takes pride in providing the guidance, transparency, and dependable support owners need to feel confident in the management of their investments.

Leasing Agent – Blue Team
Jose has been a valued part of Real Property Management Enterprises for three years and serves as the Leasing Agent for the Blue Team.
He guides prospective residents through the leasing process, communicates with current tenants, and helps coordinate property-related needs. Jose enjoys building relationships, helping people find the right home, and making the leasing experience as clear and straightforward as possible.
